I have two beautiful, intelligent, caring, sweet, and charming daughters that never cease to amaze me! They are identical twins, and best friends!! Hazel Rose is named after my grandma Hazel; and Alaina Lyric is named after my late Mother Barbara (middle name Alaine). Luckily, my Mother did get about 6 months of being a Grandmother...and boy did she love them!!

They are so different in so many ways, but also alike in so many ways. It's such a unique and wonderful experience raising twins. It's challenging, but rewarding. I wouldn't have have it any other way!!

I get asked the same questions all the time, lol... so I'll answer a few for you.

 

*YES, I can tell them apart, I've never had any problems. They look like two totaly different kids (as they are) to me. Then again, I'm Mom!

 

*Yes, they are naturally conceived. I didn't know if I could have kids or not. I had not "NOT" tried for almost 8 years with no success. I was doing Zumba one night and wasn't on-point, lol... and for some random reason I took a test. By Friday that week at my confirmation appointment, I found out I was expecting identical twins that were about 10 weeks along.

*Yes, twins run in my family...kind of. Identical twins are supposedly NOT genetic. It is supposed to be a random act of nature gone wrong. One, splits into two.. However, my biological father is a twin. So, go figure!
